My Duke Health is the new name for Duke MyChart. My Duke Health uses the foundation of MyChart and continues to offer a secure and convenient way to access your health care online. You can still do everything you are used to doing in Duke MyChart including reviewing health records, communicating with your providers, scheduling appointments, paying your bills, and more.
The My Duke Health app provides you and your family with anytime-access to health information and makes it simple for you to be involved in your care. My Duke Health offers tools like an instructional health library that can assist in addressing inquiries about health and wellbeing in addition to instant access to Duke MyChart.
How My Duke Health MyChart Mobile App Works
The Duke Health MyChart Mobile App is a convenient tool designed to help patients manage their health and interact with Duke Health services. Here’s a general overview of how it works:
This replaces the existing MyChart app for Duke patients. If you previously accessed your account on the MyChart app, please discontinue use and download this new, Duke-specific app to access your account.

The app is available for use on all mobile devices. If you’re a Duke patient, My Duke Health will provide a tailored, Duke-specific experience for your online interactions and include all of the current MyChart functionality.

- Sign In or Create an Account: If you already have a MyChart account, you can log in using your existing credentials. If you don’t have an account, you can create one through the app or by visiting the Duke Health website.

The mobile Application is open to use for all Users regardless of their phone type. My Duke Health App works fine on both Android and iPhone iOS devices.

How To Access My Duke Health Online Portal
If you are already an account owner or user of the previous Duke MyChart, you will now have to further access your My Duke Health portal using the same login credentials. Please if you don’t have an account yet, go to “Sign Up” to register an account now.
You don’t have to worry about changing anything, use the same MyChart Username and Password. Remember that only your Password is case sensitive, you might want to be careful when entering it. If you ever need to assistance with your account access, call 1-855-855-6484.
