Register right away on the My Duke Health website or the My Duke Health App page if you already have an activation code. The MyChart app and the My Duke Health app are identical, although the former has additional features before checking in.

To schedule a Virtual Urgent Care Visit – log into your account, select Your Menu, choose Schedule an Appointment, then select Primary Care or Urgent Care Visit (In Person or Video). Answer a few questions to determine if you qualify for a same day or next day virtual visit and select an appointment time.
Telehealth Video and E-visits with your Doctor
You can schedule a virtual visit with a doctor at Duke Health to receive timely, secure medical treatment. These easy appointments are made via secure videoconferencing software on a computer or mobile device with a primary care physician, urgent care provider, or specialist. We also provide E-visits, which involve a provider and a computer or mobile device. A camera is not necessary for e-visits.
