My Duke Health Sign Up With Activation Code
If you already have an account you can go to the MyChart Login page. Here’s the step by step guide to create a new My Duke Health account;
Step 1: Open the the official recognized My Duke Health sign up website, an advanced version of Duke MyChart portal at (https://dukemychart.org/Home/accesscheck.asp). You should copy and open this URL on your browser.
Step 2: As soon as your browser loads the MyChart sign-up page, you will be prompted to fill out a registration form with your active activation code. If you do not have one, you may request for a new code online.
Step 4: This registration form is strictly to register with an active activation code. It requires the following information from you;
- Your active or unused Activation code.
- Your Date of Birth.
- and Your Zip Code.
Step 5: Once you’ve filled out the sign-up form completely, double-check your information. If everything validates out as it should, proceed by clicking on ”Next” and have the system verify your submitted information.
Sign Up Without An Activation Code?
If you a new user, you will need to request a new Secret code to access My Duke Health portal. Go to the ”Sign Up Online” page to fill a form and Request A New Activation Code. It takes less than 2 minutes to complete this process and have your code sent to your email inbox or spam folder.
Duke Health Anywhere Login
You may receive virtual urgent care anytime, anyplace with Duke Health anyplace. To get in contact with the board-certified physician of your choosing, create an account or log in right away.
Patients two years of age and older can make use of Duke Health Anywhere. Pregnant women should make an appointment with their personal physician in person rather than using Duke Health Anywhere.
